This outstanding dwelling offers a wonderful retreat for a family looking to spend time within the village of Mullion and an area filled with quaint fishing ports, sandy bays and delicious culinary experiences. The interior possesses a minimalistic elegance with fixtures to ensure a warming atmosphere. Within the sitting room you and your loved ones can look forward to curling up on the sofas which rest in front of a roaring wood burning fire and a TV with a DVD player and an Xbox 360, perfect for those relaxed nights in.
The designated chef will be delighted with the stylish kitchen/diner that awaits them, where you will find all the necessities required to cook up a delicious evening meal. As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within one of the three brightly decorated bedrooms, each boasting a charming interior to ensure that you wake up each morning within tranquility. Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, resting 5 miles away from Helston and from Lizard Point. Within this village you will find a good selection of restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Close by is the larger town of Helston which was made famous by its Flora Day Festival and the legends of he "Furry Dance".

The house was excellent But the front door security key buttons Are very hard to see at night because they are very small Also it could be fitted a little higher and lit up at night Other than that it was great

The "Welcome Bits and Bobs" were a nice touch. We were very comfortable with everything provided. There is plenty of space in the garden area, although some might expect more. We used "Kober House" as a base to walk the South West Coastal Path and it was prefect especially with having the number 34 bus just down the road. We did sample the delights of the "Old Inn" in the village where the service and food was very good. Having had a holiday rental property ourselves we think "Kober House" has got it just right, but people will always complain in this day, which is a very sad. We have given it 5 Stars and were very happy as this is a nice property to explore this part of Cornwall especially if you like a quite village setting and is a Good Walking base. Thank you.
