I loved the rugged isolation of the location. Close to Roskillies for ice-creams and excellent meals. Lovely walks straight from the backdoor. A gem, that needs to be kept secret.

It was a lovely quiet cottage and gardens, comfortable for 2 people. It just needed abit of TLC bathroom and kitchen- also those little extra touches ie bathmat , basic condiments and a hairdryer.( the other cottages had home made scones a bottle of wine fresh flowers and quality beds and linen) and all of the above. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The approachable owners have made a lovely garden which they are happy for guests to explore. The location proved to be ideal base for exploring the entire Lizard. My only suggestion would be to prune back the hazel tree as the overhanging branches sometimes strike the dormer windows on windy nights.
