Arrival Information: Darwin Escapes check-in’s are available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01326 242 120 to let them know. If you have booked a Harbour Premier Lodge or a Marconi Premier lodge, you are able to check-in from 14:00. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Darwin Escapes kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub you are agreeing to Darwin Escapes’ terms and conditions, and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £6.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01326 242120 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Darwin Escapes will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

We just came back from our incredible holiday at Mullion Cove Costal Retreat. What a beautiful place and In a fantastic location. Lovely costal walks just around the corner and the beautiful Kynance cove, was only 20min drive away. The place itself was spotless when we arrived, and the hot tub was a great addition to the holiday. It was checked daily and always a lovely temperature. Mullion lodge was overall very spacious, a lovely dining/living area, bedrooms were a good size, very powerful showers and tv in main bedroom. The kitchen counter space was slightly on the smaller side but it wasn’t a big issue, just be mindful of cooking/preparing meals as we found it easier to prepare this on the main dining table and then take it over to the kitchen. We ate outside most of the evenings as the weather was lovely. We did find parking quite tight at first as there is limited space to do manoeuvres, but overall this wasn’t a huge issue, may just be a struggle for larger vehicles. Just another note, we had our Tesco shop delivered to the park which made it very convenient. It is worth doing this before as saved us the 25min drive into Helston. There is also a Co op a short drive from the park. We loved every second of staying at Mullion Lodge, and would highly recommend. The staff are so lovely and are there to help with any questions or advice on local adventures.

This needs a bucket full of TLC. The cleanliness was quite bad, furniture very old and scarred. Settees need cleaning as do the dining room chairs. Also the carpets in bedrooms need a clean.The patio furniture needs jet washing as there was lichen on it from the winter time. I always strip the bed before leaving, and found blood on the mattress cover, this really made me quite disgusted as these things should be checked at every change over.
