Oofoo's Barn is a charming, one-bedroom barn conversion resting in the seaside town of Mullion, close to Polurrian Beach. Pretty traditional windows adorn the space, and here you can cook up a storm using the good selection of amenities on offer. Dine at the table, enjoying a romantic meal for two, complemented by a glass of fizz, before you settle into the sitting area with a good book and warm your feet beside the woodburning stove. When sleep calls, climb the stairs and freshen up in a gorgeous bathroom offering a roll-top bath for a relaxing soak amongst the bubbles, and a walk-in shower with a backdrop of eye-catching tiles. The bathroom is open-plan, leading into a king-size bedroom with a Juliette balcony and high ceilings threaded with wooden roof beams. Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Mullion is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.
