This spacious and comfortable cottage is in immaculate order and is perfect for a family stay as it benefits from large bedrooms and a bathroom. A pleasant lounge provides a relaxing haven after the day's hectic activities and at the rear of the cottage, there is a practical kitchen/diner. A stroll down to the harbour enables you to sample the traditional inns, the restaurants and shops and you can wander down to the beach on the other side of the harbour wall. Alternatively, the more energetic can enjoy a walk and some lovely coastal scenery along the South West Coastal Path.

Living room with window and window seat overlooking the lane, sofa, two armchairs, bean bag, electric fire, flat screen TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dining table to seat four. Stairs up to double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space. Large family bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin and WC. Further stairs to second floor. Family bedroom with a 4ft 6in double bed, 2ft 6in single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Outside: Small rear yard suitable for drying washing, storing beach equipment, etc.
Parking: No designated space, but parking is available in the car park at the top of the village (charges apply).
