Located at the Big Green, which is the nucleus of the popular Polperro Festival, this superb Cornish holiday cottage has been tastefully refurbished and now offers a high standard of accommodation. Preacher John Wesley stayed here in 1760 and in 1835 the property became a meeting room for members of the Wesleyan Methodist church and was known as The Refuge. Arranged over two floors, with large windows and spacious, open plan living accommodation, this really makes for a sociable yet cosy space. Character remains a strong feature and the woodburning stove demonstrates this. Within a few steps of traditional pubs, restaurants, and the South West Coastal Path, Wesley House makes a fantastic choice for visitors to this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Steps up to entrance porch with stable door. Large open planliving space. Living room with woodburner, three sofas, 32 flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area with table to seat six. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, counter top hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, bidet, and hand basin. Washing machine housed in linen cupboard. Stairs off lounge to bedrooms. Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed. Bunk bedroom with 3ft single bunks. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Parking:
Parking is available in the main car park (charges apply) or Snaptrip Cottages have three spaces available to rent on a first come, first served basis - please enquire at time of booking.
