This cosy home is situated in the pretty village of Polyphant, 5 miles west of the vibrant market town of Launceston near the convergence of the River Inny and Penpont Water. The village itself is surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside perfect for exploring. Hear the crackle of twigs beneath your feet as you venture the various walking trails from your doorstep and see all sorts of wildlife while you are strolling. For further adventurous trails, the Dartmoor National Park is just 15 miles away. This home also provides proximity to a large array of Cornish hotspots including Boscastle (12 miles), Port Isaac (20 miles) and even the mythical Tintagel (16 miles), famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. The popular town of Bude is within 30 minutes drive, where you can enjoy surfing or have a swim in the sea pool. Upon entering this delightful property, you will soon notice the attention to detail that makes this a special getaway for all guests. The initial porch area is handy to flick off those sandy shoes or walking boots before making your way through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge contains a comfortable corner sofa (which can be made into a small double bed for alternative sleeping arrangement or additional guest) from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. Or better still, take leisure in the snug space where you can enjoy the views over the rolling fields a perfect spot to relax and read a book. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a stress free stay, whilst the dining table seats all guests comfortably. Making your way up the stairs will bring you to the master bedroom and bathroom. A large, beautifully furnished bedroom, with views across the meadow, provides a super king size bed, which is a zip and link set up and can be made up as a twin on request, and ample hanging space plus a flat screen TV. The bathroom is well fitted for a refreshing shower first thing or a relaxing soak after a busy day. Making your way outside the property, guests can further enjoy the stunning views that are on offer either from a shared garden area. There is an additional private stoned seating area situated to the right of the property. Guests are free to relax in the shared garden space, where garden furniture is provided for warm evening dining al fresco. Guests also have access to the large meadow at the rear of the property, perfect for picnics and ball games. There is off road parking for two cars.
