Upon entering, you will find the heart of the home, the open-plan living space, home to a contemporary kitchen with calming blue hues, a neat dining area and a pleasant sitting area.

The kitchen is equipped with amenities to make you feel at home, with a gas hob allowing you to sizzle and simmer, serving straight to the breakfast bar for quick meals or to the dining table, comfortably seating four for larger evening gatherings. After plates have been cleared, gather in the stylish sitting area and pick a sofa, then tune into your favourite shows. This space is bright and welcoming, with a charming wooden beam and Velux window flooding it with natural light. As the day draws to a close, take your pick from a delightful twin room or a double room with an en-suite shower and mounted TV.

Both rooms feature rustic wooden headboards and access to the bathroom with a bath to soak in, finished with fluffy towels and thoughtful spa touches. In the morning, enjoy a brew on the enclosed decking area whilst taking in the surrounding greenery. You can dine alfresco in the afternoon, or as evening arrives, slip into the hot tub as the sun sets and stars sparkle above. Wrap yourself in a soft boutique robe and sink into the warmth, letting the night air complete your escape. Golitha Falls rewards walkers with cascading water and ancient oak woodland. The rural village of Dobwalls is surrounded by open fields and wooded countryside, and is close to the market town of Liskeard, the slopes of Bodmin Moor and the glorious north and south Cornish coastlines. This is a perfect base for exploring the many delights the region has to offer, with the picturesque fishing harbours of Looe, Fowey and Polperro within 15 miles to the south whilst Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath lie a comfortable drive away on the North Coast. Take a trip to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the wonderful sailing, fishing and watersports on offer, or travel a little further and take advantage of the superb walking on Bodmin Moor. The Eden project lies within 15 miles and Plymouth is just a 30 minute drive, or 25 minute train ride from nearby Liskeard station. With the Barbican harbour district, renowned aquarium, and good selection of shops, restaurants and theatres, this is a great holiday base.
