The kitchen is decorated in a tasteful navy blue and houses a great many home-from-home amenities to cater to your culinary needs: there is a dining table where guests can indulge in a heart-warming meal, making this the heart of the property and a truly lovely social hub to host mealtimes, relaxation and family games nights. Descend to the ground floor to discover two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, including a wonderful king-size with a stylish dressing table and wardrobe, and a twin with ample storage.

Further afield visit the South Phoenix Mine and Hurlers Stone Circle. Between Liskeard and Looe in the prestigious county of Cornwall is the tiny settlement of Duloe. The Duloe Stone Circle's historic ruins are located near the village, and Cornish Orchards, which offers a fantastic assortment of ciders, is close by. There are two places to eat: a gastropub serving homemade food and local ales, and a community store with a good selection of necessities. The expansive Kilminorth Woods, which are nearby for hiking, and the 18th-century Port Eliot House & Gardens are both within walking distance of the settlement. Visit the seaside village of Looe for a sandy beach with rock pools. While there, explore the Looe Museum to learn about smuggling artefacts, and consider taking a boat out to Looe Island. Visit the historically rich town of Liskeard, which features the tumbling Golitha Falls and the Carnglaze Caverns for a subterranean adventure.
