This charming, detached bungalow has been lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable holiday home perfect for a couple’s getaway. Seaton bungalow is set on the owner’s holiday site, Recardo Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, divided by the river Seaton. Here you have easy walking access in a wonderfully rural location, with so much to explore and enjoy.
For cosy evenings in, the bungalow has a Freeview TV in the living area, along with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The comfortable double bedroom features French doors leading to your patio area, allowing in plenty of fresh air and sunlight. There is a shared tennis court on-site for an energetic game or two, as well as an unfenced stream meandering through. There is private parking for 2 cars.
For busy days out, nearby places to visit include the many gardens on the south coast, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens and the renowned Eden Project, well worth a visit. Over on the north coast are the lovely villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Guests also have use of the on-site fishing lake (licence required, at cost), a very peaceful pastime. There is also horse riding available nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.
WiFi is available at a cost of £9 per week for 1 device and £15 per week for up to 3 devices.
Cats are not allowed at the property.

Seaton holiday home has a nice gurgling stream about 15 feet from the back door. Not deep, but be mindful for small children. The house is avery good size, with one bedroom with a shower/toilet coming from it. Wardrobe a tad small, but adequate. Two bedside cabinets either side of comfortable double bed. Towels and sheets supplied, also 2 tea towels, which handy. Bedroom and lounge both back facing over the stream and field beyond have sliding patio doors in good order. Kitchen fairly well stocked with glasses ( but strangely only one 1 pint glass) and cups and plates. Mostly 4 of most things. Very good size fridge/freezer and washing machine. Cooking hob electric but does not generate a steady heat.. it pulses and can catch you out. Keep it low until you get the hang of it. 2 two seater settees, a little low but fine and in good condition. Folder of useful information which needs updating from covid days. Venetian blinds in kitchen were broken. They go up and down ok but you cannot adjust the slats. Solution is to swipe hand down over the whole lot, which gives some privacy at front, but not great. Reported to owner. Seaton is very good value, pretty location, and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time there it was super clean. It’s a beautiful location, very friendly locals. We would definitely go there again. It needs a new toilet seat as it pinched my skin and a frying pan would have been useful. My husband wanted to do some fishing, he bought everything with him only to find the fishing pond full of lilies.
