Set in the gently undulating foothills of Bodmin Moor, Rosecraddoc Manor is a peaceful escape. Equipped to a very high standard, with many luxurious touches, The Hurlers is set in landscaped grounds of this beautiful holiday site, with the river Seaton gently flowing by its side.
Extremely spacious, light and airy throughout, the villa comprises an open plan kitchen/dining area with a large flatscreen TV and is very well equipped - so that basic breakfast or even a hearty feast can be easily prepared and enjoyed! There is a superb breakfast bar area, a bespoke feature corner bar with stylish stools to match. The living room has a further flatscreen TV and sumptuous furniture where you can simply relax, and from here French doors lead on to a large, private riverside patio, complete with garden furniture.

This is an ideal location from which to tour the whole of Cornwall, South Devon and Dartmoor. Picturesque Looe, with its many attractions, is just 8 miles away, whilst Polperro, forever linked to age-old stories of smuggling and wrecking, is a delightful visit. Historic Plymouth, with its city attractions, and the Eden Project are both about 20 miles away. Beach 12 miles. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

A fishing licence is required.
There is open water in the property grounds.

Only issue is that it was cold in the evening for a couple of evenings & a large place to warm up.Log burner was great but only enough for 1 night, needed coal to help with starting & maintaining. Overall an amazing place and loved the week there. Definitely fo it again

The house was absolutely amazing, very well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and there were lots of little details like the sideboard readily available with a cocktail shaker, measure and swizzle sticks! The only downside for us was that the places we wanted to revisit were over an hours drive away, which was on us, not the hosts.Would highly recommend.
