Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This detached lodge is in an attractive setting beside a babbling brook in the Rosecraddoc holiday village grounds. It is ideal for couples looking for a cosy, well-furnished property in a quieter location offering guests more privacy, yet just a few minutes drive from Bodmin Moor and only 2 miles from the market town of Liskeard.
For the outdoor types there is walking close by on Bodmin Moor, including Minions, the highest village in Cornwall, The Hurlers stone circle and the Cheesewring natural rock formations. Also worth a visit are Sterts Theatre and Arts Centre, and the famous Carnglaze Caverns. There is horse riding nearby and golf courses within 20 miles, including the Jack Niclaus course at St Mellion. There is also a sports and leisure centre with swimming pool, squash, indoor bowling, badminton and fitness suite, 5 miles away.
Nearby Siblyback Lake offers windsurfing, dinghy sailing, canoeing and fishing, and a lovely circular lakeside walk. Beach 12 miles. Shop 2 miles and restaurant on-site.

Westville is a beautiful cosy little cottage Geoff was so accommodating loved the little wood burner and had a very comfortable sleep for the week Could do with a few more utensils such as a cheese grater and a casserole dish Would definitely return for another stay ❤️

Westville by the stream is a lovely little bungalow, located on a very quiet park, which was perfect for us, the bungalow is next to a very pretty stream in a corner position. We found the bungalow extremely clean & well equipped for a very comfortable stay. The bungalow is open plan but very sizeable with a separate dining area which has a really nice log burner. There are two decent sized bedrooms, the master being bigger much than the double room, but both have extremely comfortable mattresses and we had a great nights sleep each night. We were contacted as we were driving to Cornwall, to inform us of a power cut at the bungalow due to storms that day, this obviously needed to be resolved prior to us arriving, and to be fair was completely out of the control of the owner, but was dealt with and resolved very quickly, and this did not affect our comfort or stay at all. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends 👍😀

Very good value, had everything we needed. Wifi was almost unusable as very slow and no reception on phones but if you're up for getting away from that for a bit then it's fine.
