When we arrived we had a light that wasn’t working and rust on the toilet radiator which looked like something else!The double bed linen was a little stained with pink highlighter but apart from that the mattress etc was clean

the problem was the wifi. the reception manager was so rude telling us, we can leave anytime if we are not happy without wifi. instead of looking for solution for the problem. i think she needs proper training on customer service. thank you
