44 Upper Stables is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property (sleeping 5), located just a few steps from the Estate’s luxurious swimming pool, sauna and sports facilities and a short stroll to the wonderful Maenporth beach.  Set within the beautifully manicured landscape of Maenporth Estate in West Cornwall and within 10 minute drive of the popular and bustling Falmouth, the property offers everything for a perfect break.

Parking available adjacent to the property and one of the few properties on the Estate to benefit from a private garden area.

44 Upper Stables is a lovely, welcoming three-bedroom cottage, central to the Maenporth facilities. Refurbished with great taste and care, it’s a property you’ll come back to year after year.  Perfectly positioned opposite the leisure centre, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. You’ll find a comfortable open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful, secluded private garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as a downstairs shower room.

The Maenporth Estate is an exclusive holiday resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove. You’ll have 29 acres of mature gardens and woodland to explore and could well see a wild hare or squirrel looking for its supper!

There’s an abundance of leisure activities that should keep the whole family happy, and all included in your tariff. We have a 15-metre indoor swimming pool with tables and chairs poolside. Changing rooms and hot showers are available too. If you need a quiet spot to answer an email, try the wi-fi lounge overlooking the pool.

Relax in the sauna or the Jacuzzi because you are on holiday after all! You can enjoy the sun terrace and the communal barbecues – it’s a lovely area and quite the sun trap.

For the competitive family members, there are pool and table tennis tables, or one all-weather tennis and two pickleball courts. Simply collect racquets and balls from reception.

Let the little ones run off steam in the children’s play area where you’ll find play equipment, a grassed area plus two football goals.

It’s a 10-minute walk down to the hill to Maenporth Beach where there is a super café, the Cove Restaurant, and kayak and paddle-board hire. It’s a steep walk back up though!

Upstairs to Master bedroom 1 with 2 twin beds.

Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 double bed.

Bedroom 3 with 3ft single bed.

Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Private rear garden with garden table, chairs and parasol.

Designated Upper Stables car park.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity, heating, Wi-Fi. Cots and high chairs are available to hire.

Please note: Maenporth Estate does not allow minibuses or trade vans on site.

EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. Please look in the welcome folder for instructions. 

Local Facilities: Beach a short walk down the hill with a beach cafe. Complex includes indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna,  tennis courts, games tables, and children’s play area. Falmouth with all facilities, 3 miles.
