Teylu, pronounced 'Tay-loo', is the Cornish word for family, and this really is a lovely holiday home for a small family. Decorated throughout in neutrals, colour comes in bursts through the beautiful artwork and personal touches. Teylu sleeps four guests in one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room. And with two bathrooms, you'll be spoilt for choice! There is a private paved area, accessible though patio doors, and a further grassed area beyond - perfect for the little ones to play. You'll have the morning sun here - perfect for alfresco breakfasts whilst you relax over coffee and croissants, and plan the day ahead. The property is almost opposite the Leisure Centre, making it so convenient for swimming or lazing away an hour in the Jacuzzi.
Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, the resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.
