Where do I start?? I stayed in the cabins.... ceder to be precise. What a disgusting state!!! Its carpet therefore its filthy, your socks or feet will turn black! They don't seem to clean cobwebs or bugs, so be prepared for all sorts of bugs and cobwebs hanging above your bed. The bathroom fan didn't work, and also stunk of sewers, had asked them to check it out which a very nice maintenance man came out to do, but the smell wasn't their when he came, but did come back! When calling reception several times no one answered.Swimming pool, it stunk so bad of chlorine my eyes were stinging, they never heard of a power washer as the edges of the pool are black with dirt.As for entertainment room, not really my cup of tea!!! Far too many people in one room crowded.I spent most of my days exploring cornwall instead of staying at the place as it was pretty terrible. For the money I spent the room alone was unacceptable, I don't understand how they get away with the standards of Not cleaning! The only great thing was the location!

Only reason gave a poor rating for cleanliness was due to the fact sofas were covered in dog hairs and smelt of dog when we arrived having someone allergic to animals was a downside but staff were with us in 10 minutes to clean.

Won’t be going back. Although majority of chalet was ok. It has been revamped but shoddy workmanship.. no radiator in bathroom to dry towels
