When sleep calls, choose from one of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite cloakroom and a twin. In the morning, wake-up tired eyes with a refreshing rinse in the shower, before rustling up a steaming cup of coffee ahead of a day of adventures. Take a night off from cooking and treat your loved ones to a tasty meal in the on-site Sunset Bar & Eatery, where you can relax with a glass of wine in front of the woodburning stove, the perfect excuse to step away from the kitchen! Just a short walk away is Goonhavern, where you will find the welcoming New Inn for alternative dining options and a well-stocked convenience store for picking up any essentials. Pack up your swimming trunks and bathing suits and head straight for the glorious sands of Perranporth, where you can bathe, try your hand at a fantastic selection of watersports, or paddle the shores. Those looking to delve into the local history can visit the Perranzabuloe Museum, whilst keen putters will delight at the wonderful Perranporth Golf Club. The keen walkers in your party can easily access the scenic South West Coast Path offering some of the best views in the area. Be sure to visit the bustling town of Newquay, home to a popular zoo, three gorgeous beaches and the picturesque Trenance Gardens. All this and more awaits with a stay at 109 Bude.

Located about two and a half miles inland from Perranporth, the setting for Winston Graham's Poldark novels set in 1930s Perranporth, the small Cornish settlement of Goonhavern is ideally situated. Goonhavern is a bustling neighbourhood featuring a historic inn, a general store, a garden centre, and a playground for kids. The community, once recognised for producing the best tin, still has remnants of its rich history, such as abandoned pump houses, mine shafts, and workers' cottages to show for it. At low tide, Perranporth's three-mile-long sandy beach is surrounded by rugged rocks that are ideal for rock pooling.

We visited with our 2 miniture daschunds who loved the lodge. No issues with dogs on the site and perfect location to get to places like Parranporth, which has a great dog friendly beach. Great outdoor tap with hot and cold to wash the dogs off aswell. The property was clean, has been well kept. Some of the kitchen knives are blunt/hard to use but know this is standard for a holiday rental. Facilities onsite was great, we got a full load of washing done at the launderette and the dryer only took 20 minutes. Lovely little bar and had a swimming pool but didn't go to this (as dogs can't be left in the lodge). May be worth the owner grabbing some site maps to keep in the lodge for future guests. The bed was a little uncomfy and the sofa's are a tad stiff. After a busy day you were glad to be sat down and it was bearable. Also a shame there was no WiFi, we are with O2 and struggled to get any good connection. Outside the property signal was okay. If we had Wi-Fi available, then we would consider staying again.
