This fourth-floor apartment is reached through the hallway and staircase shared with neighbouring properties. Once inside the lounge/diner, your attention will be drawn to the wide windows with two armchairs looking out onto Newquay Beach. This space has a wooden floor and tones of grey, blue and white throughout. A wooden dining table with six chairs sits beneath a large, chic wall clock. On the opposite side of the room is a plump corner sofa in front of a Smart TV. Continue to the sleek black and white kitchen with a pop of red, plus a kitchen island.
