Great location, great house. The only issue was the ground floor garden had green moss on it, which could’ve had a good pressure wash, and the patio. Doors in the down stairs bedroom leading to the garden were full of seagull poo on the glass. The veranda in the living room needed a good cleaning to get rid of dirt.Other than that, everything else was okay
