These cosy cottages are the ideal holiday cottages for couples, friends or smaller families to use as a base to get out and about in Cornwall.
The good-sized open-plan living space has a modern kitchen and dining area along with a comfy place to watch TV. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, are upstairs, as is the family shower room. These properties are ideal to return to after a day exploring the county. The house we got was different from the pictures, and while the listing mentioned this was posible, the one we stayed in had much les appealing furnishings and looked quite plain inside. It also lacked basic amenities. For example, no hand soap or tea towel provided. Overall, it was okay, but we were a bit disappointed with the appearance and lack of esentials.

Perfectly good stay for what we wanted (but see notes) Clean and tidy. Outside very mesy - dead vegetation, old cigarette ends. A little effort to tidy up outside would have been easy for you. No towels supplied but I thought that would be the case given the price, but it couldn't cost much more to provide basic towels and a tea towel. I would have liked to play tennis but nets in a bad state and coudn't be fixed. It looks like the courts have been resurfaced but it has been very badly done, Very rough and in fact a dangerous surface if you fell over and not a good surface for proper play, It seems like the surfacing was done very cheaply by someone who didn't understand tennis courts at all. Were you trying to save money by getting cheap tarmackers in?
