The food was ok, but certainly understaffed most times at breakfast only one server who was very friendly despite him being rushed if his feet! The decoration was very poor especially the ceiling looks like a leak and staining aged no excuse not to have been painted particular if been closed during pandemic. Everything just looked and felt grubby

We loved our stay at White Acres. The only disappointment was paying only by app at the restaurant. I came with my dad who wanted to pay for all of us and we were struggling to download the app to pay for food and drinks. You should consider to add table service. I took as nearly two hours to get good and drinks.

Very let down with the hygiene and cleanliness of the caravan- caused us to feel very let down and disappointed, had a negative impact on our holiday.
