Beautiful location. Bedrooms with sea views and farmland views. Well equipped kitchen and lots of home comforts. 5 minute walk to local restaurants and Crantock beach is just a bit further. Very clean and spacious property with good quality furniture and items. Great private garden too overlooking horse stables. Lovely welcome pack of scones and jam with cream, tea, coffee and milk. Lots of games and books too. Our dogs really enjoyed staying here and our 17 year old daughter enjoyed the Xbox in the main lounge! House keeper Kim was very attentive. We highly recommend this dog friendly property.

Great little cottage, lots of space and great location on the edge of the village. 5 min walk to the village centre, shop pub cafe etc. 10 min walk to the beach! Double beds were on the small side, cosy for two adults used to a king size bed!
