A truly stunning, and rarely available, modern Penthouse apartment perfectly situated on Headland Rd. A few minutes stroll to the world famous Fistral beach, and also the town of Newquay and all the amenities it has to offer. Arrive and park in your own allocated space in the basement carpark and take the lift to a light filled corridor which gives a small taste of what is to come.
Upon entry you will not fail to be amazed at the views on offer from the not one, but two balconies at the property, with panoramic views stretching from the Headland hotel and White hut, back to the town and Towan beach. The open plan living/dining space is double height, which has floor to ceiling windows at one end and a wonderful skylight bringing light into the kitchen at the other. Stand in the fully kitted out kitchen preparing food and you can enjoy the sea views just as much as your friends and family who will be relaxing in the spacious living accommodation, possibly on one of three internet connected TV’s allowing you to stream on the complementary Wi-Fi as much as you desire.
The property has two delightfully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, Wi-Fi connected TV, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and seating. It also enjoys access to its own ensuite shower room with luxurious walk-in shower and marble topped unit. You can also access the second balcony from the master and enjoy using the bistro set, maybe to sit and sip a drink, plan your Cornish adventures or to simply watch the world go by. The second bedroom offers a zip and link bed which can be made up as a king size, or two single beds, perfect for children, storage and a Wi-Fi connected TV. This light filled room has a floor to double height ceiling window, and also has access to the second balcony. The property also offers a tastefully decorated family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Refurbished and redecorated in early 2022, whether enjoying a romantic break away, or a family holiday, this truly stunning apartment will be the perfect place to enjoy all that Newquay and Cornwall have to offer.

Communications from the host were clear and easy to follow, making access easy following a long journey. The apartment is light, airy, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing. Having a TV in the living room, and both bedrooms, was a real plus as everyone had entertainment in those lulls before we got going each day, or in between activities. The building has outside showers and a hose, so you don’t bring the beach indoors, which was super useful - although my party commented they could be better signposted. Of course this is managed by the building, so cannot be counted as a negative for the host or apartment. Best of all was the location. A short, easy walk to Fistral beach, and the seafront restaurants. An equally short walk to the town, where there are so many family friendly activities, and places to eat. For us, it was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay including allocated parking bay. Excellent location to Fistral and town. Would definitely recommend.
