Quay House is part of the Seashore development, a luxury conversion of a large Victorian house. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as two allocated parking spaces. There are two steps up to the front door as well as a ramp.
A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.
Newquay town centre and harbour is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach.

What a fantastic location, with a main bedroom and balcony looking right over the beach. The house was clean, bright and very well equipped, and the welcome pack had lots of treats. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful and the directions easy to follow. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely book again.
