Very good little cottage, much better than we expected from the pictures. Everything was spotless and of good quality. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Lovely walk around the fishing lakes. We didn’t have great weather during our stay but still managed to do a lot in the area, pleasing both little ones and grand parents. Would definitely recommend or be back.Only couple of negative points: - the beds (more exactly mattresses) were quite uncomfortable, especially the one in the en suite- you can definitely hear the road noise from the back of the house however this didn’t bother us at all and on the rainy day it even sounds like waves!

Wow what a lovely lodge, perfect if you want peace and quiet but absolutely loads to explore around you, so many beautiful beaches plus lots of walks basically something for all ages. Cornwall at its best. The lodge is beautiful large enough for 6 without being overcrowded. Beds comfortable, very clean the only thing maybe the dishwasher could do with a bit of a clean but not a problem still used it with no problems. Everything is thought out for comfort, plenty of warobe and draw space. Maybe take a mirror if you want to dry your hair. There is a lovely mirror but hairdryer did not reach socket but just used a makeup mirror. On the whole a clean and very comfortable lodge in fact we were so impressed with the comfort from books to read and a box of trouist attractions we have booked for next year. And our little shih tuz Mistie loved the out door space a bonus if the weather's nice to sit out side and enjoy the views.

Just a lovely week weather wise, a comfy Lodge for 5 of us with plenty of room and parking for two cars. We did plenty of touring around the area, visiting Padstow, Wadebridge, Perrenporth, Bidiford,Port Isaac, garden centres and lovely tearooms.
