The best holiday home we have ever booked and over the years we have booked a lot , everything you would want from a holiday home the list would go on and on so if I say home from home hopefully that will sum it up , the owner of this house lives next door nothing was to much trouble for her very friendly and thoughtful fantastic extras left in home for you to use and a basket of goodies on our arrival we will 100% return next year and will definitely recommend to our friends and family thank you next time we will invite you to join us with our music evening old school music 👍😃 regards Judith ,Phillip and Dexter 🐕 from Weymouth Dorset **

Absolutely loved our stay at sweet briar. Lin was a wonderful host and the scones with jam and clotted cream on arrival were exactly what we needed after a 6 hour drive. The house is the perfect place to stay in Newquay. Extremely clean and modern, plenty of room, nice sized garden and the beds are unbelievably comfy. It is in a quite area, 20 minute walk into the centre or a 5 minute drive. Ideally located to explore the rest of Cornwall as well. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby as well as a fast food restaurant though for a nice meal in Newquay I would recommend the secret garden. Hope to stay again one dau.

Great holiday home, We have stayed a number of times, lots of extra little bits in the home , which add to the holiday, Very comfortable and lovely sunny garden, if you want a nice home from home this is perfect , it’s so peaceful, also a bonus that it’s easily walkable to the shops and into Newquay,
