Demelza will be your home from home during your Cornwall escape. Set in a lovely location, you will have access to all North Cornwall has to offer. Some of the most beautiful places and beaches to visit are within easy reach. Padstow, and the start/end of the Camel Trail (5 miles), Newquay (10 miles), Treyarnon (3 miles), Porthcothan (3 miles), Constantine (3 miles), Harlyn Bay (3.5 miles), Trevone (4 miles), as well as easy access to The Eden Project (20 miles), Camel Creek Adventure Park (4 miles), Mawgan Porth (5.5 miles) When you return back from your adventures, you will find Seven Bays Park is a lovely quiet park which is very family friendly.

The Venue and Beaches Restaurant both offer good food and entertainment. You will also find a sports bar above The Venue. There are tennis courts, some amusements and a small children's play area. Dog walking fields can be found by the entrance to the park. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need. Beds will be made ready for your arrival along with towels to use during your stay. Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat! The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay. Just around the corner toward Pentire Head is the surfing paradise at Polzeath, and when the beach no longer calls, there’s a golf course nearby, several stately homes and gardens to visit. The fabulous Eden Project is just over twenty miles away.
