This very comfortable property sits only a few minutes’ drive from the attractive fishing harbour at Padstow, Rick Stein’s famous restaurants, and numerous fine sandy beaches. With unlimited Wi-Fi, you will be able to stream many movie and have a movie night in. One of a group of privately owned holiday homes, it is ideal for a relaxing break. Just over 2 miles away are glorious sandy beaches at Treyarnon Bay and Constantine, and the Camel cycle trail follows the river from Padstow to Wadebridge (9 miles by road) and on to Bodmin. Watergate Bay water sports centre, Trerice and Lanhydrock (both National Trust) and the Eden Project are a short drive. Shop in holiday village or St Merryn, 1 mile.

We had a lovely time at Driftwood. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed, the cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Special touches of cream tea and biscuits were very much enjoyed on arrival!

Met the owners when we arrived. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Lots of little things that made the stay even better - washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets in the cupboard full of cleaning products. Salt, pepper and vinegar in the cupboard (the usual bits and pieces you forget and have to buy on arrival). Nice treat of cream tea and biscuits, along with milk tea and coffee. Property very comfortable with kitchen very well equipped. Good central heating. Coal effect fire in the lounge. Quiet and relaxing site, however busy tourist places in close proximity.

Lovely place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was in the lodge. Very peaceful location which was ideal for us. Would recommend this place to friends and we will book to stay here again.
