• The plot sits at the end of the road, so only cars accessing the surrounding caravans use this road.

• Wrap around decking, with plenty of outdoor space for socialising.

• There is a gas BBQ available to use and you can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable chairs on the decking.

• The caravan is 3 bed - 1 x master double and 2 x twin rooms.

• 1 x shower room with toilet and 1 x separate toilet.

• Fully equipped kitchen (see holiday home facilities)

• Spacious lounge/diner

The caravan is smoke and pet-free. This means that we do not want people smoking around the whole plot.

No Groups/No mixed families only couples or 1 family - i.e. 2 adults 2 children

Changeover days are SATURDAYS ONLY - 7 DAY STAYS ONLY - UNLESS STATED

Check-in from 4pm (unless discussed previous with owner)

Check-out by 10am - left in a clean condition with all rubbish removed.

Campsite restrictions may apply - check before booking, with Harlyn Sands i.e. Swimming Pool, Clubhouse & Laundry room.

Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat! The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay. Just around the corner toward Pentire Head is the surfing paradise at Polzeath, and when the beach no longer calls, there’s a golf course nearby, several stately homes and gardens to visit. The fabulous Eden Project is just over twenty miles away.
