Excellent property in a fantastic location for Padstow harbour. Very well equipped kitchen, great open plan space and very well appointed bedrooms. Hot high presured shower in the en-suite too. Would recommend and happily stay again.

Location perfect for centre of town and very easy to find. Upon arrival and walk around property there was thick dust on all surfaces that were not tables/kitchen surfaces, shower door very dirty - black mould and light not working above mirror in main bathroom. outside of property tired and needs re painting. Kitchen units blown in places. Cooker trays full of fat - should be checked when cleaned. Property could be extremely comfortable if these issues sorted as the location is perfect. There is plenty of space in the property with a garden that would be perfect for breakfast on a warm sunny day.
