As you enter through the beautifully renovated cottage, you’ll find a contemporary and inviting living room to relax and unwind with a book or glass of wine in front of the fire, or watch a film together on the smart TV before heading into the stylish and well equipped kitchen to cook up your favourite meal for yoru guests to be served up at the spacious dining table for 7 guests. Why not start and end the day with a coffee or a glass of wine up on the well-furnished garden patio. When it’s time to rest, head up to the second floor where you can enjoy a long soak in the large bathroom with modern walk-in shower. You’ll also find 3 inviting and well-presented bedrooms including one king-size, one twin, and one triple bunk.

Pay a visit to Bolingey Inn in just a 5 minute walk, and treat yourself to a plethora of wonderful pub food. With Perranporth just one mile away you’ll no doubt venture out and explore it’s many traditional pubs, shops and classic beach overlooked by the stunning coastal path. Take in some history at the Blue Hills Museum or Perranzabuloe Folk Museum, or adventure out further afield to the sandy beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay.

If you’re looking really explore what the whole area has to offer then why not try Newquay just 9 miles away, know for it’s Fistral and Watergate Bay beaches, popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts. While you’re out and about why not go a little further to the Cathedral city of Truro for some retail therapy and fantastic food in one of its many eateries.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
