The lounge has two large settees, one of which converts to a double.

There is a large 42" HD TV with Free sat, and a DVD player, next to a lovely

log burner style electric fire.

The French Patio Doors give access to the large veranda/balcony directly

from the lounge which has a bench table and recliner chairs, so you can sit

down, relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views and sun sets.

As this is a 2 bed van, but still 40ft X 14ft (20% larger than most vans),

this means the lounge, dining and kitchen space is extremely large, as is

the master bedroom.

The balcony is an "addition" to the 40X14ft, whereas some vans have the

balcony is built into it therefore giving you even less space!! The kitchen

is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need.

Everything is integrated - Oven, 5 Burner Hob. Dual Ninja Air Fryer

Microwave, Washing Machine & Dishwasher.

Also a Dyson V11 vacuum.

The spacious dining area has a free standing table and chairs. The

Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area, the two Bedrooms and the Main Bathroom are all

entered via the entrance lobby/area as you enter in the side front door

where you will also find the alarm system. The lovely main/master bedroom

has a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe, cupboards, dressing table and has

an en-suite with a large shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

There is plenty of room for a baby's cot.

There is also a new wall mounted HD TV.

The twin bedroom which has standard sized beds that can be moved together to

form another double super king size bed, plenty of cupboards and drawers and

a wardrobe.

We also have a HD TV in this room. The family bathroom contains a large

shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, cupboards and shelving. The

van also has an inbuilt blue tooth music system complete with ceiling

mounted speakers.

The Caravan is professional cleaned weekly and fresh good quality bed linen

provided, with the beds made up.

We ask that you bring your own towels which you can refresh using the

available washing machine.

Gas and Electric are included in the price. Outside, alongside the "ample"

parking area there is a large lockable storage unit under the balcony so

that you can store anything you want to.

There is also a water supply to wash off the wetsuits etc.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
