Walk through the spacious hallway to find yourself within the traditional style kitchen, an ideal space to cook up a feast for the party. From here, enter into the very generous sized, refined sitting room area with a decorative fireplace, comfortable seating and views out to the lovely, sizeable garden. All open-plan, the conservatory features a cosy and peaceful seating area with that warm and characterful ambiance continued; the ideal spot for a morning coffee or for those who like to sit down with a book and take in their surroundings. The beautiful and rustic style dining area seats up to eight guests, looking out over the garden and leads into a separate snug area, a great space for younger guests to play and enjoy the selection of games and books provided. Just off from the kitchen, you will find a useful utility area.

Upstairs are four attractively furnished bedrooms and large family bathroom, a stunning master king-size bedroom suite, boasting its own en-suite shower room and private snug area leading to a balcony with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing morning coffee or an evening tipple whilst watching the sunset.
