Charming old inns, coffee shop and art galleries line the pretty harbour where you can catch a pleasure boat or try your hand at fishing. Experienced surfers will enjoy the white waves and for walking and cycling lovers, the coastal path will take you all the way to the beautiful Lizard. Further along the coast you will find the outstanding, St Ives with its winding streets, Tate Gallery and beautiful views. Porthleven is one of south west Cornwall's hidden coastal gems, located near Helston famous for its annual Flora Dance Festival. Situated between Lizard Point and Lands End, Porthleven retains the feel of a traditional Cornish fishing village, enjoying uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Cornish coastline.
