It is equidistant from the south coast with its picturesque, hidden coves and tranquil sailing waters of the Fal Estuary and River Helford. The Farmhouse is great for extended family and friends, perfect for celebrations and get-togethers. This traditional Cornish farmhouse offers comfortable holiday accommodation for twelve guests and has a large, private, secluded garden, patio, wild flower area and children’s play park on site. A beautiful farmhouse building which sadly has been neglected. The kitchen is large and spacious and is the best room in the house. However, the cupboards smell and all the crockery and kitchen equipment was dirty. The bedrooms weren’t cleaned properly and were lack lustre. Some of the mattresses however were comfortable and all the sheets were clean. The bathrooms were all tired and needed sprucing up but again the towels were clean. The garden, small but fine but the hot tub was dirty too. Plenty of seating though. I get the impression this house isn’t looked after by anyone. The cleaners come and change the sheets etc and the managers manage but have no knowledge of the property. Location. It’s not anywhere you’d want to be but it’s far enough down into Cornwall where everything is a short drive away.

Just got back after a week here Cottage had everything you need So big for the family, kitchen huge added bonus has a washer and dryerHot tub omg so clean and cleaned every day gonna miss that every night having a soak Family bathroom bath so big,put one of the log fires one one night it was so cosy,having 3 living rooms was great so you can get some time to yourself would I book again yes definitely had a lovely break
