This detached three bedroom barn conversion is nestled into the countryside of Blunts, near Saltash and it offers peace and tranquillity.
Originally built as a stable for the nearby farmhouse, it oozes character and charm with its beamed high ceilings and open space. The ground floor offers open plan living/kitchen/ dining room with a multi fuel burner and underfloor heating. Step down in to the additional sun room where you truly can take in those views, even open the bi-folding doors which lead out on to decking to use the hot tub or watch the sunset with friends and family. You will find two bedrooms on the ground floor along with a utility room and a shower room with underfloor heating. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this is where you truly can soak in the views over towards Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside.
For those warm mornings you can have breakfast to the front of the property and follow the sun around to the decking area and higher level garden for afternoon and evenings al fresco dining. Perfectly located to make the most of the diverse selection of activities and attractions yet rural for that relaxing peaceful getaway. All within a short drive there is St Mellion International Resort, home to two champion 18-hole golf courses, Adrenalin Quarry for the more adventurous members of the family. There is something for everyone, nearby pubs, beaches, restaurants all within a short drive away. Beach 9 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2¼ miles.

We had a lovely stay, house is beautiful, open and great for hosting and hot tub is great. Make sure you are prepared with stuff you bring as it lacked amenities so make sure you take coffee toilet roll & hand wash so we had to go back out to get this and the closest shop after a long drive.

I had a pleasant stay overall the place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Everything was great except for the internet, which unfortunately was down throughout my stay. It also took quite a while to get in touch with the host to try and resolve the isue. Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and the space itself was very nice

Beautiful barn and location. The kitchen and open plan living area was ideal for our family. The hot tub/decking was great and the trampoline kept everyone entertained. Only isues were the bins werent collected as expected so we had to pile rubbish on top of the rubbish from previous guests- host asured us using other bins provided for our rubbish wasnt a problem. Also no WiFi for the duration of our stay- host was aware of this from day 1 but despite their efforts to fix this for us it wasnt resolved for our 7 night stay.
