Set within the grounds of Perrranview Holiday Park, this terraced holiday property sits between the family friendly resort of Perranporth and the quaint historic village of St Agnes on Cornwall’s dramatic north coast. Perranview has many facilities on offer (available from April to October), including the free use of an indoor swimming pool, two tennis courts and crazy golf. There are also restaurant and bar facilities (Easter to Oct). The resort of Perranporth just minutes down the coast, proves a popular town to visit with holiday makers with its excellent beach, golf club and plenty of shops and restaurants. There are many tourist attractions in the area including Crealy Adventure Park, the Lappa Valley Railway and Pleasure Park at Holywell Bay and Dairyland near Newquay. Heading west and within 2 miles is the quaint and beautiful coastal village of St Agnes which has fine restaurants, local shops, an organic grocers, a local butchers shop and several pubs, one of which is yards from the beautiful beach at Trevaunance cove, it even has its own micro brewery! St Agnes is an ideal location to enjoy surfing (equipment hire available), coastal walks, an arts and craft trail, horse riding or just enjoying the beach and rock pools that provide hours of entertainment. St Agnes is also perfectly situated to enjoy both the north and south of Cornwall, and Truro, the county capital, is within 6 miles. Here you can find local shops, a museum, a theatre, a cinema and many restaurants. Cycling, golf, horse riding, kayaking, surfing, deep sea fishing and boat trips are all available close by. Shop, pub and restaurant on-site (seasonal).

We had a fabulous week, the only reason I marked down the local amenities is that we went out of season so not even the little shop was open and the car had to be used to get anything

The oven in the cottage was disgusting and had not been cleaned in months.The flooring under the furniture was thick with dust.The shower was Luke warm mainly due to a lack of water pressure upstairs.The site was excellent and the management were very professional and helpful.Lisa made us feel at home and welcome.The local pub,The Miners,was excellent.I would stay there again and take oven cleaner and a floor mop.

When we arrived on Saturday at the Brambles 27/09/25 as we opened the door we encountered a damp mouldy smell in the house also it had not been cleaned I called the caretaker and i was told that it had been cleaned i said that it was not cleaned but the worst thing was the Damp mouldy smell. I was told that I would have to speak to the owner. I telephoned the owner who said that as it is a concrete floor under the laminate could of possibly been the cause i also told him about the floor that was not cleaned either. It took 3 days to get rid of the damp mouldy smell with windows open and heating on looking through the house we found the oven was not cleaned and for obvious reasons we didn't use the oven. The Microwave was not cleaned also upstairs we found that the double bedroom had been made up but a white towel (owners towel,) was damp and left on the top of the bed there was Dust and cobwebs all over the downstairs floor/ doors inside and out there were 2 cleaners in the downstairs cupboard 1 was completely full the other over half full as I used the cleaner half full the handle kept coming out I picked up dead flies on the kitchen floor at back of rubbish bin again the bin was covered in dust. We left the house a lot cleaner and the damp mouldy smell gone to. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the Brambles house at all. We also filled in the owners book with our findings. We also have photos of before cleaning the floor and after on our phones. Overall very very . disgusted and disappointed Kind Regards Shaun Irene and theo
