Splatt House is a quirky detached cottage over two levels, lovingly designed by its creative artist owner and full of charm outside and in. It’s just a ten minute stroll from Mount Hawke, along a quiet country lane. A lovely carefree family house, or a quiet retreat for a couple. Inside, it has plenty of character with beams, handmade mosaic floors and wood floors upstairs. Step down into the sunroom with table and chairs, and space for those coats and boots after a bracing walk. Go on through the stable doors in to the kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and then through to the living room with cosy open fire and then on into the dining room. Head up the stairs to three bedrooms – two doubles, and a twin and the family bathroom. A garden gate leads into a small courtyard and a few steps take you up to a larger lawned area with table and chairs for those al fresco meals, or just relaxing. A unique Cornish cottage with oodles of personality, close to lovely golden beaches and Coast Path walking. Nearby there is St.Agnes to visit and just a little further, excellent golf at Perranporth

Mount Hawke is a small village just outside St Agnes and Porthtowan on the north Cornish coast. Once heavily involved in the local copper mining industry, today Mount Hawke is quiet and mainly residential.
