Although single storey, it has some internal steps and there is one-way privacy glass in the kitchen/dining room. Outside, the enclosed lawned garden beckons with its tranquil ambience, offering a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for leisurely outdoor meals and soaking up the serene surroundings.

The Eden Project offers visitors an immersive experience of lush tropical rainforests and Mediterranean landscapes, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan captivates visitors with its botanical gardens, woodland paths and fascinating wildlife. There are also many National Trust gardens and houses nearby. Charlestown, with its Georgian architecture and tall ships, the seafaring town of Fowey, and Mevagissey with its working harbour, are all easily reached and well worth the visit. Venture into Truro or Wadebridge which have an abundance of independent shops, bars, art galleries, restaurants and cinemas with St Austell providing many supermarkets and a train station.
