Ideally located for touring the south coast of Cornwall, this cosy one bedroom holiday home is set on the outskirts of St. Austell in a quiet location, adjoining the owner’s home, yet close to the town centre and only a short drive from the Eden Project and Mevagissey. Situated all on the ground floor, this delightful cottage has a contemporary sitting room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is a lovely patio area complete with barbecue, the perfect place to relax and dine alfresco after a day touring this wonderful area.
With the town of St. Austell on your doorstep, a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are readily available. The south coast of Cornwall features many enchanting fishing villages, secluded coves and golden beaches, all of which are within easy reach. Combine this with the major attractions of the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both very close by and you will realise what an ideal location this is. With so much to see and do you will find this is to be the perfect holiday base.

Plenty of cupboard space. Lovely little garden absolute sun trap. The owners Steve and Brenda, come out to welcome you and say goodbye when you leave. Brilliant location for visiting the attractions. Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back.

Exellent annexe everything you need and ideal location to explore the area Aldi only a few minutes away only minus a bit of a walk to the entrance to unload and load your luggage and perhaps a fan could be provided although we did have extreme heat during our stlay otherwise would reccomend Bill and Jackie

This property was ideal for our holiday in St Austell friendly helpful owners and well maintained anex with small garden to sit in at the end of a busy day
