This pet-friendly, semi-detached stone built holiday cottage is set in a privileged position in the pretty Cornish village of Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series Doc Martin. There is private parking and a lovely sunny garden with a patio. You are just a few steps away from the view of the harbour reached down a steep hill. The village offers shops, pubs and restaurants and the South West Coast Path passes within meters of the front door. You are a short drive from Polzeath and Rock, with their dune backed beaches and further up the coast are the villages of Boscastle and Tintagel. Other local attractions include Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 200 yards.

On the plus side there was a parking space and enclosed garden. The location at the top of the village is ideal. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished, however the decor throughout is very old fashioned (1980s). If it was updated and modernised it would be an exceptional property.

As we have stayed here before, it was like home from home.The location is what makes it so good.Has its own parking spot right outside.Would recommend it to anyone.
