The cottage has been very tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfy. The log burner was a real bonus after a day out braving the elements, and it was so handy having a parking space. The only slight disappointment was the fact that there was no "welcome" pack. It's the first Sykes property that we've stayed in which didn't provide the basics eg milk, bread. Luckily we managed to catch the Coop before it closed. Same in the bathroom where we could have done with a bar of soap. Would absolutely recommend this property however.

It is well-equipped and maintained and was spotlessly clean. The exterior does not quite match up to the attractive interior - the cottage has a rather odd outlook and the small garden is accessible only from the main bedroom (this was pointed out in the description). It's an advantage to have any parking in Post Isaac and this cottage does have a small space right outside. Overall we enjoyed the stay, but could have done with a better photograph of the front of the cottage to have had a complete picture of the kind of house this was. The check-in/check-out times do mean that you lose almost a day as well. The latter is becoming common to all rentals, though it is not universal by any means.

The cottage was beautiful really clean and we really enjoyed staying there, the only downside was the stairs if anyone has a problem with stair’s it might not be for you,
