Oakwood is perfectly situated for summer days at the beach, being close both to the spectacular North Cornwall coast and to the picturesque Camel Estuary with their rocky coastlines and wonderful sandy beaches. Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, and Wadebridge are all only a few minutes away. For walkers, the Cornish Coastal Path is less than a mile away.
Oakwood is also perfect for spring, autumn, and Christmas breaks with its underfloor heating throughout and wood burner in the living room for added luxury.
The rear stone-flagged garden is enclosed, on one-level, and overlooks fields to the rear - just the place to enjoy the hot tub after a day’s walking or surfing! Beach 2 miles. Shop and restaurant 1¾ miles, pub 1 mile.

We had a great week. The cottage was warm and comfortable to come back to after a day out on the coast with the dogs. We found it fully equipped and did not want for anything. We enjoyed the hot tub, even in the rain! The surrounding area is great and we visited Port Gaverne, Port Isaac and Port Quin as well as Polzeath, Daymer Bay, St Enodoc and Rock. We also did Boscastle and Tintagel and walked over the new bridge there.

We had a fantastic 4 day break celebrating a family birthday. The house was everything we could have wished for. Beautifully decorated and furnished with a personal touch. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you need. The outside garden area and hot tub were a bonus. The house is in easy access to lots of places to visit for a day out. We especially enjoyed our visit to Boscastle and were very lucky to have sunny days every day. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home.
