Port Isaac offers many breathtaking walks across the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall, has its own beach and harbour and has become well known for its role in the TV programme, Doc Martin, as the fictional town of 'Port Wenn'. There are a range of delightful boutiques, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants for those who wish to explore the magical narrow streets of this picturesque village.

Accommodation:

Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in electric oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge with ice box and dining table to seat four. Living room with sofa, armchair, flat screen Freeview TV with DVD and door to small rear decked courtyard. Small 'L' shaped bedroom with 2ft 6in quarter bunk bed. Stairs up to first floor. Double bedroom with views across the rooftops and 4ft 6in double bed. Bathroom with roll top bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside: Small rear decking area accessed from the living space with a table and chairs. Private, fenced garden across the path with a patio, small lawn and garden furniture.

Parking:

There is a private parking space available at the top of the village, however unloading is possible by the entrance to the alleyway a few feet from the property. Further parking is available at the public car park at the top of the village (700 yards), approx. charge £35 per week.
