The lodge is very comfortable and perfectly kitted out. The site is secure and very calm.We found the location to be ideally suited for easy visits to an area of Cornwall that we didnt know well, within easy reach of Newquay, Padstow and others. We enjoyed the hot tub on a number of occasions despite it being late January.Vanessa was great and very responsive. The only negative for us was the proximity to the A39 and the level of road noise. Sadly it was enough to stop us sleeping well. Note that we are quite sensitive to it and is a bug bear at home as traffic levels have grown.
