76 Atlantic Reach offers easy, open plan accommodation with access to a range of leisure, sports, and entertainment activities to suit everyone making this the ideal retreat for whole family.
Located on the ever-popular Atlantic Reach holiday resort in Newquay, 76 Atlantic Reach makes for an ideal family holiday. With two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and an open-plan living kitchen/dining area downstairs with French doors leading off to a paved courtyard with outside seating, this cottage is a great choice. On the site are a fabulous range of activities available including swimming pools, tennis courts, children's play area, pitch and putt, a beauty centre, restaurants, and bars. In the peak summer weeks (22nd July - 26th August) these facilities are included in the rental price. The beauty centre, restaurants and bars are to be paid for as used by the guests.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave.
first floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin Beds (3'), built-in wardrobe.

garden & parking: Parking in communal area nearby. French doors from living area leading onto open paved patio with outdoor seating.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided & towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - hire page. Limited space for a travel cot.
