The vineyard occupies a beautiful spot perfect for discovering the Seven Bays of St Merryn including Constantine, Harlyn and Treyarnon, all within 6 miles and offering glorious beaches and fantastic surfing conditions. The thriving town of Padstow is to the north (4.5 miles), with its bustling harbour and fabulous seafood restaurants. Heading south along the coast, the vibrant seaside resort of Newquay (13 miles) has a wide choice of bars and clubs, or you can head further north to the ruins of the ancient Tintagel Castle (19 miles), known for its place in Arthurian legend. The Eden Project, Bodmin Jail Attraction and Lappa Valley are all within 20 miles.

Stepping inside this cheery, bright and welcoming single-level property you will be greeted by the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom which makes a lovely spot for you both to unwind in and enjoy the treats from a generous welcome pack. The lovely lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV, sitting alongside a sweet central dining table, ideal for sharing a romantic meal which you can prepare in the sleek and elegantly arranged kitchen. To the rear of the main living space, you will find the snug bedroom area with a plush king-size bed. The accommodation is rounded off by a refreshing shower room.

Outside, the patio has plenty of garden furniture and is a perfect spot for a BBQ on a summer’s afternoon as you take in the idyllic views. You can also meander through the surrounding vines towards a beautiful lake, or join a tour of the vineyard which offers tastings, a winery and a restaurant (limited opening times in January and February). Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
