About this property

An immaculately presented and well equipped spacious five bedroomed house, set over three floors. This stunning property located a just few miles from the fishing harbour of Padstow and many stunning North coast beaches that the locals treasure.

A spacious, light and airy cottage-style property with exposed beams, traditional Cornish slate and granite features and access to glorious North Cornwall beaches, this is a wonderful holiday home for a gatherings of family and friends. The pretty fishing port of Padstow is just 3 miles away, with its independent shops, pubs and renowned seafood restaurants. Stroll down narrow streets leading to the bustling waterfront and embark on one of the many boat trips on offer, from fishing and Sealife Safaris to a voyage along the spectacular North Cornwall coast on the veteran Jubilee Queen. Miles of splendid walks along the South West Coast Path are on the doorstep, with idyllic sand and surfing beaches, including Trevone Bay (3.5 miles) and Harlyn Bay (4 miles). Or take the ferry across the Camel Estuary to the family beach at Rock, where you can learn to paddleboard and kayak at a water sports school or book a round at scenic St Enodoc golf club overlooking the Atlantic.

The ground floor of this well-planned and beautifully furnished property has exposed beams in the partly open-plan living and dining rooms, with a wood burner that can be seen and enjoyed from both sides of the chimney breast. A simple contemporary interior includes comfortable sofas in the living room, with a Smart TV and a wooden table to seat ten in the dining room. From here, French doors open onto the large, enclosed garden and a patio. A granite ceiling arch is a striking feature in the streamlined white kitchen and there is a useful pantry and cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, three first-floor bedrooms all have country views. One of the two king-size bedrooms has a Smart TV, while the other can be unlinked to form 2′6″ twin beds. Bedroom three has twin 2′6″ beds which can be zip-linked to form a king-size bed. A bathroom contains a sumptuous double Omnitub – a Japanese-style deep bath – together with a walk-in rainfall and jet shower and WC. A slate-floored glass balcony with a wonderful view to the Camel Estuary is a highlight of the second-floor master bedroom. This gorgeous room has a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite wet room with a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. A second king-size bedroom with Smart TV has French doors opening onto a balcony with country views and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside is a large garden enclosed by greenery and a patio with a coal-fired BBQ and outdoor furniture seating ten, where guests can enjoy the sunset and an outside shower. A good-sized games room above the garage is reached by an external stairway with handrails and contains a pool table, Smart TV, beer fridge and a three-seater sofa. This area also houses a shower room with WC and a utility room with a washer/dryer.
