Comfortable apartment with dedicated parking which is a definite plus for St Ives, negating the need to drive in to town as it’s a pleasant walk through the grounds to access all that the town has to offer. Spent a very pleasant week here and would definitely consider returning

Attractive apartment in a good location within walking distance of St Ives and Carbis Bay. Close to shops, restaurants and two local train stations. In a quiet location with three comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs shower is very small with a low ceiling and is probably better not to bother using. The rest of the apartment is well furnished including the kitchen. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. I'd say it's a comfortable place for 1-4 people to stay but might be a little uncomfortable for more despite the extra beds as the living space is fairly small. Overall would recommend if you prefer to be out of the bustle of the town with a better price point than central properties.
