Sat in an enviable, elevated position, above Hawkes Point and Porth Kidney Sands, you will find true peace and quiet with no passing traffic, just walkers and stunning panoramic views across St Ives Bay. There are a small cluster of apartments, all of which have the advantage of a private car parking space on the private drive. A communal tropical garden, complete with pond, bridge and paths is available for you to meander along, whilst taking advantage of the breathtaking views.

Our 3rd visit to this lovely place. Location and views outstanding. Very peaceful and relaxing. Studio very clean and well equipped apart from toaster( too small) and no washing machine.We’ve booked again for next year

Studio Sea Urchin is a great small property with fantastic views. It has everything that you could possibly want. However, as a self-catering property, an empty cupboard would be very useful for storing provisions, rather than having to shuffle kitchen equipment about. Some of the information on the website and in the information folder within the property could do with an update - there was no welcome pack and the dehumidifier is no longer behind the TV and able to be controlled but is a fixed air conditioning vent near to the microwave and is permanently lightly blowing cool air. These are not a problem as such but an update would be good.I would definitely return and have already recommended the property to some friends.Thank you.

This is a beautifully located studio - the views are incredible. The overall location is ideal - you can walk to the railway station in less than 10 minutes and the Carbis Bay Hotel in 15 minutes. The train is really useful - 3 minutes into St Ives for £1.35 return!The quality of the fixtures & fittings is very good - there is an excellent mattress. The shower is a little compact but perfectly usable. Overall I cannot recommend staying here enough - we will happily return.
